I like the idea of maintaining continuity a lot. Starting from scratch seemed like a daunting proposition.
 
Any updates on this?
 
I agree with @crashtech.
Maintaining continuity appeals to me. And I think changing slowly also gives people a chance to adjust. (baby steps)
We are not a large team anyway so bringing as many as possible along is important and I think therefore going slow helps with that, assuming Future plc affords us that luxury. I'm on board of course even if I'm just lurking.
