Embracer Group has officially sold off Saber Interactive to Beacon Interactive, a company controlled by Saber Interactive co-founder Matthew Karch, for $247 million USD, according to a new presentation with Embracer CEO Lars Wingefors that is now viewable online.

What's interesting is I don't see DECA games, which is where they moved Star Trek Online. Based on their earnings calls its still a solid earner. It was operating under Cryptic but has now been moved to DECA and Cryptic is effectively being shut down.
