Epic Games Store Launches Rewards Program (5% Back) as Death Stranding Goes Free Again

The Epic Games Store has launched Epic Rewards, a new rewards program that grants 5% back on every eligible purchase made through the Epic Games Store. Such purchases would include games, apps, add-ons, and virtual currency, and while even V-Bucks, the in-game currency used in Fortnite, are eligible, Epic Rewards aren't granted until 14 days after an eligible purchase, and they also expire 25 months from the date on which they were granted, per a FAQ that Epic Games has published. In other Epic Games Store news, Death Stranding is available to claim for free again until May 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. ET, while the director's cut of the game has been discounted to $23.99 as part of the Epic Games Store MEGA Sale.
