Firewalk Studios Joins the PlayStation Studios Family

PlayStation Studios has announced that it is expanding with the addition of Firewalk Studios, a Bellevue, Washington-based developer that was formed in 2018 as part of ProbablyMonsters and counts former Bungie and Activision employees among its seasoned staff. According to the announcement from Hermen Hulst, Head of PlayStation Studios, Firewalk is currently working on its first original AAA multiplayer game for PlayStation consoles. Firewalk Studios describes itself as a world-class, next-generation game studio, having secured the largest Series A raise in gaming history at $250 million in January 2022.
