Yep and just checked and both are available on Amazon. That monitor is a heck of a good deal. Great catch. That actually looks like a price cut not limited to Prime day. The motherboard definitely is though and $9 cheaper than Newegg. Yeah, I definitely noticed yesterday that GIGABYTE/AORUS had a number of deals on multiple stores.

According to my E-mail from gigabyte it's from 11 to 17 July for the monitor
