There's a problem with the gaming and HTPC "Ridge" cases that Fractal Design launched in November 2022. According to a post that the manufacturer shared today, the Ridge comes with a PCIe riser card, but it has been discovered to be incompatible with some hardware configurations when run in PCIe 4.0 mode. Anyone who is experiencing issues will need to cope with PCIe 3.0 until Fractal finds a solution, which it's working on.
