I noticed this when I purchased my Aorus Waterforce X. Though I may not be upgrading to utilize it right away, but it's nice that they included the additional hardware.

Hmm, this caught my eye:

They have passed tests of Prime 95 non-AVX at all cores, P-Core at 4.9 GHz, and E-Core at 3.7 GHz with Turbo Boost Technology.

Perhaps that the all core boost was not limited by thermals?
Maybe but they don't say what the thermals were... I mean, that's more like and advert for issue for CPU Lottery. For all we know at this point, maybe the 12900 can do that on a cheapy stock heat sink (for a lil while anyway).

Well, in-house testing, we all know to take it with a grain of salt. Let's hope @David_Schroth can get his hands on both a 12900K and one of the 360s to see how far they really go.
