Hello,
So I'm working from home and remote desktop into my work laptop from my gaming PC. I have a Radeon Vega 56. I noticed this morning when I RDP into my laptop there was a slight buzzing (coil whine?) sound. After a little bit of investigation, it appears as though this is coming from my video card (like it's stressed or something). After looking in the Catalyst Control Center, my GPU is clocking UP when going into RDP with no increase in utilization.

What could be causing this and/or is this normal behavior?

Also I noticed the same thing when I just took this screenshot. The act of taking the screenshot increases the clock/power and makes a slight buzzing noise.

Well I was able to solve this -- I simply put my GPU tuning preset into "Power Saver" mode.

No clock increase during the time I was in RDP (circled)
