Ok what exactly is an extraction shooter? Feeling google lazy. Lol

Extraction shooters are things like Helldivers II. You go in with a limited team size (usually three or four), and fight hordes of PvE monsters / enemies and sometimes complete additional objectives while doing so. When all objectives are complete, you head for an "extraction" zone of sorts and wait for pickup. Usually facing down a nearly unlimited horde of enemies until the timer runs out.

It's a truly saturated market with very few of the newer ones finding any success.

Ahhhh ok. Not my bag. But cool good to know!!

If they do it right, their track record says they won't, it'll be a hit. Mills and older zoomers grew up on Halo, it gives them warm feels. They will jump on board with a Halo based game that is not just nostalgia bait, doesn't crap on the Master chief's legacy, and is fun to play with friends.
