Halo Studios, the American video game developer formerly known as 343 Industries, hasn't hired a new campaign team for future Halo games despite it having been almost two years since Microsoft laid off the original campaign team, according to new rumors that have been shared online.

Whoever it may be would probably do a better job than Halo Studios could do. This may be a glimmer of hope for any fans of Halo's single player campaigns.

The campaigns went to sh1t after Bungie left. Halo 4 was aiight, but 5 was a waste of time, and 6 was meh. At one point Halo was a big IP for Microsoft, and a system-seller, but these days there's not much weight behind the name. Microsoft doesn't seem to really care anymore.
