HP Announces Spectre x360 14 Laptop with Gorgeous 3:2, 3K2K OLED Display

If you’re on the market for a portable with an ultra-high-contrast display capable of the inkiest blacks, HP’s latest laptop may be the ticket. The computing giant announced the Spectre x360 14 today, a 2-in-1 PC that can be customized with a taller, 3:2 “3K2K” (3000 x 2000) OLED panel.



According to HP, this aspect ratio offers roughly 20 percent more vertical viewing space than traditional 16:9. The OLED panel also boasts a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 wide color gamut.

Looks similar to the Asus Lingyao in some respects. These 3:2 3.3K OLED panels in ultra-thin form factors with Intel EVO seem to be the new thing for laptops. Price is also similar. Pretty snazzy looking too!
 
I like the 'all the ports you need' section...

...that doesn't include a headset jack.

Also, Micro-SD, but they just call it 'SD', lol...
