"Arrow Lake-S," a new generation of desktop processors that Intel is expected to launch in October 2024 with several rumored changes, including a more powerful NPU and support for only DDR5 memory, will not be succeeded by any sort of refresh, ending a tradition that Intel has held with products that include the latest generation of Core processors (i.e., 14th Gen "Raptor Lake Refresh"), according to new claims that have been shared online.
