Law Firm Files Class Action against Sony for Drifting PS5 DualSense Controllers

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) has filed a class action against Sony over its PlayStation 5 DualSense wireless controller. According to a copy of the complaint received by Eurogamer, the controller is “defective” in that it suffers from stick drift—an annoying issue whereby analog sticks move and provide input on their own. CSK&D filed the class action on behalf of Virginia resident Lmarc Turner against Sony Corporation of America and Sony Interactive Entertainment.

I'm trying to think of a dual stick controller that DIDN'T have drift problems or stick problems of some type. DS3, DS4, Xbox 360, etc
 
and greedy corps who can't seem to figure out a supply/distribution chain to prevent, or at least minimize, the crap we're all dealing with. The story I did on the weekend about PS5/Xbox sales goes to show how even they are having woes with this stuff. Class action suit over drifting, that's not even a teardrop in the bucket compared to the lost sales both have experienced since the new launches.
