MechWarrior 5: Clans, the latest in the long-running series of vehicle simulation games that allows players to control their very own BattleMech, will be available on not only PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, but also Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass when it launches on October 16 at 5:00 p.m. PDT (Oct. 17 at 00:00 UTC), developer Piranha Games has announced.

In some corners of the Battletech fanverse, the introduction of Clans is considered an aberration. And yes, I played Battletech's original tabletop version (pen, paper, and miniatures) back in the early-mid '80s.

Im super excited about this.
Having played tabletop back before the clans were introduced I think this will be great.
I hope the to an expansion that is from the IS side where they try to repel the clan invasion.
