I think it also bodes well for Bethesda games. I believe their space game will be far better than what we've come to expect out of that studio quality wise. Microsoft won't put up with a Fallout 76 situation or a Cyberpunk 2077 like fiasco.

Not to mention, the 1 year delay on Halo Infinite proved to be the right call. It's been hugely successful and almost certainly wouldn't have been if it had been released on time.
 
This move was more for COD than anything else. I could see a positive move for the game. WoW might not be save-able though.
