Today we have Montech’s AIR 1000 LITE Black ATX mid-tower case on the bench. The Air 1000 Lite is toward the base model in the Air 1000 family, sitting below the PREMIUM but above the SILENT, and represents a solid full feature entry-level mesh front panel case into the ATX case market from Montech, a relatively new PC case manufacturer from Taiwan, and goes for $69.99 on Amazon and Newegg.

Nice review. Only question I have is why did the CPU heat up 5 more degrees when more fans were added to the case? Rest of the temps went down, but CPU was up by 5..
 
Never heard of the brand, but the case styling and layout is pretty ubiquitous from most vendors over the past couple of years.

Good writeup, should do more like this! Always good to see reviews of some of those lesser-known brands.
 
Montech often appears as an ODM for integrators and house brands like Rosewill, so you've likely had some experience with them in the past. In my experience you pretty much get what you pay for with them, cheapos will cut you like a bad 80s gang movie, mid range is usually tolerable, and their upper end is actually good.
