Hello!
I've been working off a Microsoft Pro Intellimouse the past 5 years and it's been great, but the back/forward buttons are starting to wear down quite a bit. I've decided it's time for a new mouse. One of my main concerns with a new mouse is not the weight or shape, it's actually whether you're required to install bloated software with the mouse.

One of the nice things I like about the intellimouse is Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center [software] is very lightweight. It has simple features to allow you to create macros and change the color of the led, but that's it.

I really don't want a Razer or Logitech if I have to install their software that has 5000 features and takes 30 seconds to load each time I want to adjust the DPI.

Advice?

Thanks

Every modern mouse I know about uses a management software be that Logitech G, Logi, iCUE, Razers, or whomevers.. I think that's nearly a lost cause for 'higher end' mice.

BenQ's Zowie line. Can get a mouse where you change the important stuff with buttons on the bottom, no software needed.

These are solid, eSports tested mice.

This will totally be on my list next go around.
