Okay I saw this on Tom's and went over to Newegg to check it out. Currently, it's on sale for $1599, which is $300 off and seems to be a NE exclusive.
Now I don't necessarily expect anyone here to buy this but I do like to point out those rare occasions when a prebuilt is selling pretty close to the cost of the parts. The hard thing in trying to figure out the part costs is that most prebuilts don't list full details for all parts so there is some guessing involved but this is a far cry from the worst I've seen.

- 16GB (8GBx2) 5600 MHz DDR5 RAM (doesn't mention make but average is $55-$105) -used $55 for above total
- 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD (doesn't mention make but let's lowball at $75)
- MSI PRO Z790 WIFI $220
- 750W 80+ Gold (doesn't mention make but the MSI MPG 750W 80+ Gold goes for $109.99
- MSI GUNGNIR 212R Case (I couldn't find a price for this one but a similar looking 120R goes for $83.16)
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB GDDR6X (no guarantees on the model but FE goes for $549)
- Liquid 360 AIO (no mention of make but let's go with their lower-cost MAG CORELIQUID M360 for $142)
Mouse and Keyboard (again unknown models but we can lowball for a total of $75
So it could actually be a challenge to build something like this on your own for less w/o picking worse parts and the above didn't include the price of the OS since that price could vary greatly depending on where you get it. Throw in a $200ish 1080p/1440p monitor, plus a 2nd M.2 drive and some lucky person might end up with a complete rig for under $2K. The other elephant in the room though is what condition such a system arrives in as we've seen the horror stories GN and others have covered.
