My way of uploading gameplay videos on Youtube in high quality

Hi everyone. Since all my videos on Youtube are blurry like hell, I have tried to export a new one to 4K using Adobe Premiere Pro software, then uploaded on Youtube. I feel it's worked, so let me share in here:




After finishing 2 steps above, all you need to do is click on the Export. Here is my result:

My video could be watched on 4K, but Youtube may only process it in HD this time. I don't know if it would take a long, long time to get done.

I did it! I created a new Youtube channel and posted my video again. Now the video can show up on 4K, while it's still HD in my old channel.
I record my gameplay in FullHD but use Resolution Scale mode to 4K. The recording video is still in 1920x1080, but it becomes 4K thoroughly after doing my way:
