New Chipset Drivers

AMD released new chipset drivers. There's absolutely zero info on what, if anything, these drivers effect. Some mixed opinions on Reddit about them.

I've installed them and noticed zero difference in regards to voltages, temps, boost clocks or overall behavior of the mobo and cpu. Your mileage or opinion may vary.

I've installed these as well. Notice nothing different and their Release Notes leave a LOT to be desired...
