If you like ease of upgrading on an unrelated note try out the winget command in PowerShell. Winget -upgrade will tell you all the software on your system that you can upgrade from the default MS GitHub repository. Then winget -upgrade --all will download all of them that it can. Sometimes if it's in use it will fail that one, and some require specific commands to upgrade., Also when redoing your system getting those winget upgrade commands in a text file then just downloading from the repository with a PowerShell script is super nice.It doesn't necessarily prompt me but there's an exclamation or something by the driver section on the top left, so I just click on it and if it has an update available I then click on that. Painless and saves me the time of going to the site for a manual download and having to pick the right one for my card (not sure if that really matters but I always use to make sure that I did).
Same here. I guess I've been fortunate with my 3 systems not having issues with the latest drivers all running a single monitor as well.So far, so good with my 2 rigs and laptop.
Thanks for the tip, I gotta look into that.If you like ease of upgrading on an unrelated note try out the winget command in PowerShell. Winget -upgrade
I just tried this, and my jaw dropped. It's pretty neat. It picks up all sorts of stuff. If you like ease of upgrading on an unrelated note try out the winget command in PowerShell. Yea I don't remember where I learned about it but I've been sharing it with everyone I can. Now I do use a pro license for windows so I'm not sure if that is required.I just tried this, and my jaw dropped. It's pretty neat. It picks up all sorts of stuff.
