VideoCardz has dropped the specifications for the GeForce RTX 2070 and RTX 2060 SUPER ahead of NVIDIA's official July 2nd unveiling. Both cards will launch on that date, with the RTX 2080 SUPER releasing later.

The RTX 2070 SUPER is said to be faster than the GTX 1080 Ti and 16% faster than the RTX 2070 on average, while the RTX 2060 SUPER should exceed the performance of the GTX 1080 and be about 15% faster than the RTX 2060. The RTX 2080 SUPER is also claimed to be better than the TITAN Xp.

The GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER is using TU104 GPU with 2560 CUDA cores. This model comes with the same memory configuration as RTX 2070 Non-Super: 8GB GDDR6 256-bit with 14 Gbps bandwidth. This SKU will require 30W more than its predecessor (215W)

The RTX 2060 SUPER is now featuring TU106 GPU with 2176 CUDA cores. The Wattage has increased by 15W to 175W. The biggest change came to memory configuration. Unlike RTX 2060 Non-Super the new card has 8GB GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit interface.

VideoCardz has also leaked the first image of a SUPER card, revealing that NVIDIA has changed the top of the shroud from black to silver.

Honestly the changes in speed don't mean anything without the associated changes in cost.

nVidia already had cards that hit (more or less) those performance points. It's only news if they can hit those points at a lower cost.

Does seem to take the steam out of the Navi two cards. The 2060 with 8gb memory, increase bandwidth etc. now looks to be a better card, while still kinda expensive. The 2070 super looks better. These are what Turing should have been and of course a cheaper cost.
