Rumored specs for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 SUPER, which sources now claim is a Ti model, have surfaced. It was previously speculated that NVIDIA was waiting on Micron for 2 GB GDDR6X modules, and that appears to be the case. The 2 GB modules are reported to operate at 21 Gbps with a theoretical bandwidth of 1 TB/s. The upgrade will require a redesigned reference board to replace the existing 1 GB modules.
