Folks still clinging to their 720p or perhaps even 480p displays should begin scrounging for their spare change as NVIDIA's next GPU could arrive soon. Modern APUs and iGPUs are sure to be quaking in their sockets as unnamed sources have claimed the budget card will be launched sometime in July.

Again with the 8GB of memory. All these GPU manufacturers need to stop with this sh1t. That is not an amount that should exist on consumer graphics cards anymore, even at the low-end.

Now don't get me wrong, if they launch this thing at $150 or even $200 it wouldn't be the worst thing but we all know that's not going to happen. They'll likely launch at $249, matching previous gen, and in the current market space it still won't make any sense. It'll be DOA. So glad Intel and AMD are here right now to drive home that point.
