If NVIDIA is something like Sony, well, NVIDIA has an "CEO" on all continents that sells NVIDIA products.

A lot of countries require a separate entity be I'm them that has specifc citizen requirements on ownership. Any company in India has a India branch that is 51% owned by Indian citizens.
