It appears that NVIDIA is keeping the Ti branding around after all.
VideoCardz’s sources have confirmed that the next entry in the GeForce RTX 30 Series is the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. This is a mid-ranged Ampere derivative that supposedly flaunts 4,864 CUDA Cores – 2,688 more than the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER (2,176 CUDA Cores).
While the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti has 1,024 fewer CUDA Cores than the GeForce RTX 3070 (5,888 CUDA Cores), it will echo its bigger brother’s memory configuration with 8 GB of GDDR6 RAM clocked at 14 Gbps. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti will also leverage a 256-bit interface, which suggests 448 GB/s of memory bandwidth.
