To go along with the launch of the RTX 3050 GPU, NVIDIA sent us over a list of video cards that they expect to be available in the North American channel at launch along with the MSRP of each card. We’ve provided the list below and added links to the product pages if you’d like to check out each of the offerings. We left the formatting as is – we’ll explain our thoughts on the bolded lines next.

Sorry I missed it did Nvidia release drivers for this one in time for a review cycle at launch or did they shy away from the 'bad press'.

From what I've seen so far, this thing isn't much better than a GTX 1070, in fact the 1070 sometimes comes out ahead.

Yeah anyone still rocking a 980/980ti or 1070 or better, can skip the 3050. And this stupid thing is going to be 350+ at retail, no matter what MSRP BS they make up.

It’s available at microcenter - I haven’t checked anywhere else. The 3050 is $10 more than the cheapest 6600 I saw on the shelf, basically making it a 6600 competitor and leaving the 6500XT in a different market. The 6500Xt is about $20 cheaper than the 1050ti and $40 cheaper than the 1650. At real world prices, it looks like AMD wins for gaming right now?
