A GitHub user by the name SergeyDev is readying a tool that can supposedly bypass NVIDIA’s hashrate limiter and restore the full mining performance of the company’s GeForce RTX 30 Series and RTX workstation Ampere-based graphics cards. Caution is obviously advised for those who are willing to try the tool out when it debuts on February 26, but SergeyDev has teased that it can unlock hashrates of up to 100 MH/s and 115 MH/s for the GeForce RTX 3080 (LHR) and GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, respectively. Shock and awe... nobody saw this coming!

How odd that this is coming out JUST as Graphics card prices are starting to inch back towards MSRP.
 
NBMINER has an unlock already. I think its still 74% though...

EDIT: from article - Update 2/23: The NVIDIA RTX LHR Unlocker Tool has turned out to be malware, according to tests from YouTubers such as Red Panda Mining, who have demonstrated why it should be avoided at all costs. The GitHub page for the tool has also been removed.
