Oculus Quest 2 Sales Paused after Reports of Skin Irritation

Facebook has paused sales of the Oculus Quest 2 after receiving reports of skin irritation from a small percentage of people using the VR headset. The issue stems from its foam facial interface. No signs of hazardous contaminants were found in its investigation, but Facebook is introducing a silicone cover replacement. A new 128 GB SKU is also being introduced to replace the 64 GB model. Quest 2 or Fit Pack owners can request the new silicone cover for free.

I don't know about the foam padding, but Facebook integration has always irritated me and they haven't fixed that yet.
