Liquid nitrogen was used, which is nothing new for achieving incredible speeds, but it could not have happened without the GPU’s exceptional power design. It features a 12-layer PCB, 3x 8-pin connectors, and a 14+8+4 DrMOS phase power design that allows for unprecedented power delivery to the GA102 GPU. Boost clock speeds ranged from 2,700 MHz to over 3,000 MHz.
