I love the idea but maybe soapbox could be left out.
It went to **** on Hard OCP because activist moderators started trying to influence the outcome of threads.

I would personally prefer to keep the politics out of the sight, even if we have an off topic forum. As others pointed out, it turns into a **** show pretty quickly. That said, I want a firearms sections.

A community I am a member of does this and it works well enough, lets weird one off things to start up and die in the community like trash food porn photos.
