The lack of pricing information is concerning. I could see anything from US$200 to US$1200 easily.

Yeah too much for me but still a nice looking switch.

Yea that price still feels a bit high. Might need to wait for work to retire some 10 gig switches and snag one...

Straight 1GbE/10GbE switches should be cheaper, it's the 'multi-gig' 2.5GbE/5GbE stuff that's new and commanding a higher price.

May or may not be a problem depending on what you have going; I wound up grabbing a (I think QNAP) switch that has both 2.5GbE and 10GbE ports in order to interface my AT&T fiber at 2.5GbE with my existing 10GbE non-multi-gig switch, for example.
