While it does look kinda neat, isn't this a bit late to the party?
Also, 350W cooling capacity -- that's not a high-end card any longer (unfortunately), and even of the generation it's marketed toward, that's still almost no margin over stock clocks on a 6900, and exceeds a 3090Ti ... heck it would barely hold stock on a 3080Ti.
I don't know that on a lower tiered card (3060TIs, 6700s, etc) that anyone would have much interest in swapping out coolers when the cards aren't worth all that much in the first place.
