It looks like those of you who insist on sticking with dinosaur hardware will finally need to get with the times, as DigiTimes has shared a paywalled report explaining how one of the world's premier memory suppliers, Samsung, plans to end its DDR3 business very soon. The South Korean giant will stop taking orders for this arguably ancient type of memory after this year, according to sources, with final orders being fulfilled until the end of 2023.
