Samsung Announces 990 PRO Series PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSDs with RGB Heatsink

Samsung has unveiled the 990 PRO Series, a new lineup of high-performance PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 (2280) SSDs that are available in capacities of up to 4TB and feature sequential read/write speeds of up to 7,450/6,900 MB/s.

I guess when you cant get faster you add RGB. Though decreasing power draw by up to 50% then adding RGB seems counter intuitive.

So TLC NAND and RGB? Samsung needs to stop throwing that "Pro" word around for the models where it doesn't fit. Bad enough when the 980 Pro switched the Pro line to TLC, and now they've addded RGB. Samsung, I'd like to get my hands on whatever you guys are smokin', cuz I could probably sell it and make a f*ckton of money. Cuz clearly it is some very powerful sh1t.
