Ok, this is a headscratcher. My 980 pro 2tb is faster than the peak speeds they are advertising in this release.

So uhhh... WTF? Unless they got the random write up to speed... maybe?

Both are pcie 4.0 drives and pro drives usually are faster then the evo drives so kind of normal no?

I didn't consider that. I mean pro has been more durable but in my past experience I don't recall the pro being 'faster' than the evo. I would have thought generational improvements would eliminate that advantage. But cool if that's the case.
