Samsung has revealed that it is targeting mass production of 2 nm process technology by 2025 and 1.4 nm by 2027.

The diameter of an atom is on the order of 1 angstrom, or 0.1 nm

**** that's getting small. Traces on the order of ~10 atoms wide

That's really impressive. Especially being able to corral electrons along that path reliably.
