Don't present overclocking results if you don't know what you're doing.

AMD RDNA cards won't clock higher unless undervolted, aside from being power limited.
This was already common knowledge with GCNm, although the process was made much
easier with RNDA3.

Done properly, the 7700 XP Pulse will do 2800MHz easily.
