Seventeen New AMD PCI IDs Added to Linux Driver, May Include 6-Nanometer Refreshes

AMD and NVIDIA often release new models or refreshes of their graphics cards at the end of summer or early fall. They have already released new models throughout 2020 and 2021, so refreshes or new variants are expected. Notable leaker GreyMoon55 has been sharing interesting details for both manufacturers. Seventeen new AMD PCI IDs were spotted in a Linux driver that include a number of unknown GPUs.



There are 32 PCI IDs, but 17 of them seem to be new GPU variants. They include: Sienna Cichlid (Navi 21) – 5 new, Navy Flounder (Navi 22) – 5 new, and Dimgrey Cavefish (Navi 23) – 7 new. It is unknown whether any of these will be refreshes, but it is highly probable that some will be. There is also a possibility that at least one of these mystery GPUs could be the unreleased Navi 24...
