Skull Island: Rise of Kong Swings onto Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch This Fall

GameMill Entertainment has announced that Skull Island: Rise of Kong will be released for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam this fall. According to a description for the action adventure game that can be found on YouTube, this is an origin story of sorts that will see Kong go from an orphaned gorilla to the King of Skull Island, the historic home of the kaiju that first appeared in 1933's King Kong film. Skull Island: Rise of Kong doesn't seem to draw any inspiration from the movie that was released in 2017.
