Crutchfield is my go-to for AV stuff. Decent prices, terribly helpful staff and will make sure you get what you need. I don't buy everything there, but if the price is close, I certainly don't feel bad about anything I've bought there.

I keep forgetting to shop there when I am looking for stuff. I am going to have to remind myself to do so somehow.
The one time I did was when I ordered my Samsung JS9000 4k TV back in 2015, which I then used as a monitor.
Their customer service was excellent in every way. I had an issue with some really bad stuck/dead pixels in a few units in a row (must have been a bad batch from Samsung) and they came and picked them back up, without as much as an argument from them, and sent me new ones. I wound up replacing three TV's this way in a matter of a couple of weeks.
After it was all done and I kept the last one, their manager of operations called me and asked me for my personal feedback about how it had gone and if there was anything they could have done better (during which I totally praised them, and threw Samsung under the bus)
Going back to Crutchfield is an obvious choice based on their amazing customer service, but for some reason I just never think of them when it comes to shopping time. For whatever reason I still only think of Crutchfield when it comes to car-audio.
Old habits die hard I guess.
