Man those guys have been around the block a few time. Independent as a Mac developer, bought by Microsoft, another stint as independent, then ActiBliz, then independent again, and now Sony. They just need Nintendo and they have their bingo card filled out.
 
You would think they would know better by now but let's see how long this "marriage" holds
 
They.make have been purchased by sony. But at least they are still around as a company. Some flexibility on funding and requirements seems required to stick around and if it takes a multi billion dollar payout every 5 years or so more power to them. I have zero idea how Sony expects to extract billions in profit to make up for that expenditure.
