Spider-Man: No Way Home continues to break records in its second week at the theater. It is expected to cross $1 billion during the holiday weekend, making it the highest-grossing movie of the year worldwide. It would be the first film to do so since the pandemic began, without being shown in all markets. It has already debuted with $587 Million in global ticket sales, the biggest movie opening for Sony ever.



It’s set to cross the $1 billion mark on Christmas Day. At 11 days, it would be the second-fastest to hit that milestone (behind 2019’s “Avengers: Endgame” at five days and tied with 2018’s “Avengers: Infinity War”). It would also be the first theatrical release of the pandemic...

Yep, I'm sure it did too. As of this morning, I wasn't coming across sales numbers for yesterday but it was expected to do that yesterday.
 
Was going to go see it, but the wife hasn't seen some previous Spider Man movies so didn't want to torture her by going and not following things. Will probably wait until it hits the streaming service to watch it.
