TEAMGROUP has entered its next stage of DDR5 memory development. In December 2020, it began collaborating with major motherboard manufacturers for validation of its U-DIMM DDR5 modules. It is now moving toward the mobile sector with SO-DIMM modules. Both versions will run at 1.1 V. A single module has a capacity of up to 16 GB and a frequency of 4800 MHz.
