The Batman Halts Production After Robert Pattinson Tests Positive for COVID-19

Earlier this morning, Warner Bros. revealed that it had halted the filming of The Batman because someone on set tested positive for the novel coronavirus. “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for COVID-19, and is isolating in accordance with established protocols,” the studio said in a statement. “Filming is temporarily paused.”



That cast member has now been identified. According to Vanity Fair’s sources, it’s the Dark Knight himself, Robert Pattinson. “Robert Pattinson is said to have tested positive for the coronavirus, causing filming of The Batman to be halted just days after the superhero drama resumed work at studios outside of London,” the publication wrote.



Bummer. We’re guessing that Warner Bros. will be pushing...
