The Steam Summer Sale Will Begin Next Week

Steam Database (@SteamDB) has leaked the name and date of Valve's next sale. This year's wallet-busting, backlog-filling event will begin on June 25th. It's been dubbed "Grand Prix," which implies some sort of racing theme.

The date hasn't been confirmed by Valve, but Steam Database was the same party that accurately leaked the date for last year's summer sale. Based on previous sales, the event should last for two weeks.

Also look out for any Steam hardware sales that might happen – last year it offered a full 95% off the Steam Link (plus a bit extra for shipping and handling).

w00t, been wanting to get the wife some stuff that imo was overpriced. Honestly can't think of anything I've been wanting though, but with the Grand Prix thing I'm sure I'll find something.
