You can't call yourself a hardcore gamer unless your HDMI cable lights up too, right? VIVIFY has solved that issue with the ARQUUS W73, which allows users to switch between seven colors or cycle between them. It's pricey, though: the 9 ft. version and 15 ft. version is currently going for $79.99 and $99.99, respectively.

The first light-up HDMI cable in the world. Switch between 7 colors and a color cycle mode with the touch of a sensor. Supports 4K UHD 60Hz, ARC, HDCP 2.2 and HDR 10. Fully compliant with HDMI 2.0b and backwards compatible with earlier versions of HDMI specs.

Need a + version that is shielded so the LEDs don't screw with the Hz.

Looks like it took about 3 emails over the course of 24 hours to the news mailbox to get the cable pimped. Is it gold plated too?

You have got to be ****ing kidding me. I know this is not a real product I am looking at. Can't be. Nope. No way.

Well, i was going to say its cool if the whole thing lighted up like a glow stick (it would still be pricey though) but not even... Seems its just like a strip of it .

If only it was made by Monster Cable.......

Jesus I thought we were over this Disco Light thing......

I have 2 sync'd in parallel to my 17" CRT .. I'm getting, on average, 20-30 higher *pFPS now and my GPU is running about 34c cooler as well. My Cinebench scores went way too .. I can't wait to get a 3rd one!
