WB Montréal Accidentally Removes Denuvo from Gotham Knights, Opening Up Game to Pirates and Hackers

Warner Bros. Montréal released a PC patch for Gotham Knights earlier this week that saw the removal of Denuvo, but it was an accident, according to a SteamDB update highlighted on reddit's r/pcgaming that can confirm the anti-tamper technology has been added back to the superhero co-op title.

Praise the lord. We can finally sleep in peace. This incident should serve as a reminder to always have the Steam client online and connected so that it can automatically download and update our games. Wouldn't want to miss out on all the game enhancements provided by Denuvo.
