Weekly DC Stats - 18JAN2026
At the level of total TeAm output at most of the projects, stats are quite similar to those of the week before. GPUGrid and iThena made a return.
Three quirks:
- Gerasim shows negative credit, for whatever reason.
- RC5-72 initially seemed to have many user entries with negative credit but I discovered that this was caused by distributed.net being transiently overloaded (perhaps by bots which scrape the whole Internet in desperate search for training input to large language models). I hardened my distributed.net stats fetch script with a retry loop and am getting proper RC5-72 stats again now.
- And SPACIOUS@home shows negative team credit. I guess that's because of the recent issue with inflated credit at this project.
