Western Digital Announces 22 TB My Book and 44 TB My Book Duo Hard Drives

Western Digital (WD) is expanding its lineup of My Book external HDDs today with the 22 TB My Book Desktop Hard Drive ($599.99), the company's highest-capacity consumer hard drive ever, and the 44 TB My Book Duo ($1,499.99), a RAID-optimized unit that bundles two of those drives together for maximum storage. Both are available now at select Western Digital retailers, e-tailers, and on the Western Digital store, according to a press release.
